So you want to boost your strengths but not sure where to start!

Did you know that our best chances for improvement and growth are not focusing on our weaknesses – rather focusing on our strengths?

Everyone is unique in their own way which means we all have different weaknesses and strengths. If we want to improve our strengths we must be willing to face our weaknesses. There is no other way of improving our personal strengths. It is very easy to believe we have no personal strengths in light of our weaknesses, as this is the only thing that we focus on, but the fact is we do have personal strengths that we haven’t tap into yet. Once we start focusing on our strengths rather than our weaknesses we see possibilities.
So I want you to consider 3 of your Favourite Strengths then ask yourself these questions:
What opportunities are there for me?
How can I increase this strength in my life and/or work?
How could I turn this strength into an opportunity for me?
What ideas have I had that I have constantly been putting off?
Where could I use this strength to make a difference in my life?
Where could I really SHINE if I just let myself?
Use this as your guide:

Now consider how you can boost these strengths:

Answer the questions above for each strength that you have listed. Then write a 3 – 5 action plan for what you could do to “boost your Strengths”!
Great you have just created a list of your strengths and ways you can boost them! Now use this as your daily guide and boost your strengths.
Please note that you must acknowledge your weaknesses however, for success in boosting your strengths, you need to always stay focused on your strengths.
